just wondering if any of the graphics card companies like evga, bfg, xfx have free RMA shipping to Canada. Just wondering because this will affect my choice.

When it comes to RMAs, you (the consumer) pay the shipping costs to send the product back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer would then ship you a replacement at their own expense.
