I just bought a Dynex wireless laptop mouse for my laptop today. I plugged in the USB sensor, and the device driver manager said it installed correctly. However, I turn on the wireless mouse and it doesn't work. The mouse also does not have a "connect" button for me to toggle the connection to the USB sensor. I have tried it in all 4 usb ports on my computer, and technical support was no help. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi. Go to device manager click on unknown device(yellow marked) Click update driver. select "browse my computer for driver software" followed by "let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" and then under "mice and other pointing devices" instead of selecting "USB Browser mouse" (which it is) select "HID-Compliant mouse click then install it Hopefully it should work then "update device software" again and let windows do it automatically. ( If there is no yellow exclamation mark continue from update driver anyway)
