I have a sapphire radeon x850xt. when i first got the card it was REALLY nice but with the newer games comming out... its starting to get its butt kicked. Im wanting to overclock it but i have not been about to find what the critical core temp is. Anyone have ne ideas?

I have a X800 and start to have problems over 75c...

Generally you don't want a video card to go in the high 70's/low 80s...anything around there and you need to start worrying.

guess im stuck with the speeds i got then... card runs ~70c in crysis

could someone suggest a good aftermarket cooler for this card? id really like to find another one that blows air out the back of the case but if i cant find one, ill just get one of those PCI exhaust fans

Eeh, dont bother, If you have PCI-E get a nice 3850 for around $150 at BestBuy.

I'm doing 90°C on a x800 xt, no problems so far...

(waiting for something that can run crysis, 9800 or something...)

X850XT(in all fairness it was a X850pro unlocked and flashed to XT) over 100c no problems Zalman'd that sucker....don't even remember the temps anymore, but it was like WOW thats cool....
