Overclocking my old 3500+ advises

I have an Athlon 3500+ on 2.86GHz.My temp is 43*C idle,52*C full load.1.47v.It is stable.Is that a good temp?Should i worry?

it's a little high, but nothing to worry about. seems that your fan is doing an adequate job cooling it down to 52c under load. i get 53c under load on my phenom 9500 @ 2.5ghz. it's just the idle seems high. then again maybe you don't have stuff like cool'n'quiet enabled or at all. not sure if your processor supports it.

If cool n' quiet doesn't work, its really no big deal. I have the same processor as you, its pretty old. My cool n quiet works, but then again my crappy VIA chipset and RAM prevent OCing. Its time to upgrade my computer...

You are right i am buying a new comp 5000+BE,M57SLI-S4,2GB 800MHz OCz,450W,9600GT or something like that.....what do you think?

That sounds like a good setup. The only caution I would give is that you check out the PSU tier charts and/or go to www.jonnyguru.com for recommendations of what is a good PSU and what to stay away from.
