I want to ooverclock my E8400 on my Asus P5N-D in my Antec P190. The Xigmatech HDT-S1283 is $37 an Newegg and the Zerotherm Nirvana is $40 after one mail-in-rebate, also at Newegg. I also looked at the Thermalright Ultra-120 but I don't want to spend more than $50. I've heard great reviews about all three, but would like some input before I spend all my money.

I am more than willing to move the 200mm side fan to the outside of the case in order to fit the Xigmatech.

I would also like to lap it, but I am not sure if that is possible on the Xigmatech (because it's direct touch).

Thanks!

The Antec website says:

"Almost no customers report problems related to this. But if you want to use a cooler that is more than 6" (152mm) tall, you may have to reconfigure the 200mm fan on the side panel."

the Xigmatek (sorry about the spelling above) is 159mm. I'll try to fit it first of course, but it really is no problem thanks to the rubber hose ports that can easily fit a power cord.
