Establishing a lan in small company having windows os and router

Hello,
how to establish a small lan for 4 pc,
all my pc's are running with windows os and i have one ibalton router to share the internet connection,
help me please

If all the PC's are running on Windows 7 you should be able to use the "Set up a new connection or network" feature in the Network and Sharing Centre to walk you through the steps.

If this doesn't work, we can get more technical.
