Cant open printers and faxes in windows xp

In winXP SP2 Am failing to open the printers and faxes no matter how much time i give it to open, its just quite. what do i do? Pliz help

Try accessing it through the control panel instead. If that doesn't help, try running a registry scan/repair with ccleaner.
