I have an Asus P5N-e SLI motherboard and I am trying to connect my case's front panel audio to but I am having some trouble.

Here is the part of the guide that has the layout of it:

The cables coming from my case are labeled
MIC IN
MIC BIAS
SPKOUT L
SPKOUT R
GROUND
RETURN L
RETURN R

Can anyone help me match them up?

When you run into this is pretty well trial and error. At least the ground is marked also the online manual is easier to read. I'd start with the speaker out and the cables labeled R and L coming from the case. Could also google the case and hope you find something
