RTA issue (?) on samsung 226BW

First of all i wanna say hi, cause im new here
2nd, wanna wish everybody a merry christmas and all good wishes for the new year is comin`
3rd...my problem:
Bought 2 weeks ago one 226BW from samsung. All good..a nice display...From what i checked and then read..i have an S panel. My problem is, RTA (enabled by default) eliminates ghosts but it gives a strange effect for colors in moving, like skin color (mostly visible and mostly buggy), in the way that....makes some curved lines around (ex: a face moving on a video makes some lines on it). Static objects are ok. Turning it off, all is fine. The thing is, from as i read, this function actually makes it a 2ms display, in stead of 5 (with RTA off). Now ull say..."can u observe any difference?" Yea, i can say, moving the mouse on a black/white screen and enableing/disableing RTA, my eye see a difference, not big, its true but, there is one! So, my question is, that weird color effect is normal, appears on every panel or just on some versions, is it broken (should i return it)???
Just want some oppinions from people that know what im talkin about
