i have the following:
- wd 640 gb which is partitioned 80gb for win xp, games, apps, and the rest for data
- samsung f1 spinpoint 1tb which is a single partition used for data, backup
in hwmonitor, the temp of the f1 spinpoint is ~21 C, while the wd640 is ~29 C.
the cpu temps, if it matters is 30 C, gpu is 33 C
i have the antec 900, both hard drives are in the bottom cage. the f1 is at the top. the wd is at the bottom, leaving the middle open.
so are these temperatures normal? should i place the wd hdd somewhere else? thx
