Whcih would be better becuase ibe heard a few things.

Is 2x2GB DDR2 6400 RAM better or worse than 4x1GB Sticks of ram of the same type (OCZ PC2-6400C4 800MHz Reaper HPC Enhanced Bandwidth Edition Dual Channel )

It is preferable to have 2x2GB over 4x1GB. You can use 1T instead of 2T and 2 sticks overclock better than 4.
