Need advise and recomendations motherboard

I will be building a new computer in the next week or so and i was hopeing to get recomendations on a motherboard that can be over clocked some and is stable with good price. I also am sure about using 4gb of memory in 2 sticks as i want to go to 8gb within a few months. Only extra i want on board is raid. i do not care about esata or firewire. Also could you look at the rest of my choices and tell me what you think. I will be using a ATI 3850 or 3870 have not decided on this yet. this computer will be used for video editing and gaming on older games and RTS games. i also am set on my cpu so no changes on this.
