Is my power supply enough?

I have a 450W "Channel Well Technology Co Ltd" supply. Should it be enough for my AMD 3500+, ASUS A8N-SLi and nVidia 8800GTS ?

I've read the PSU FAQ but to be honest I'm not sure about what it is saying Sorry.

Maybe. CWT makes some decent PSUs including some Antec and Corsair models.

When you look at your PSU label what does it show in the +12 column for Amps? Its 20Amps in the lable above.
Does the label give a model number? Thats important info too.

Its almost exactly the same as that; other that a different model number CWT-450BDP, the other figures seem exactly the same.
