i cant show my language at the taskbar
scince, im set the setting to show it from the regional & setting
whtas my problem is it viruse?

left click my computer
left click control panel
right click regional and language options
left click create shortcut
left click yes
this places language bar on the desktop
no, it's not a virus

i dont want it on the desktop i want it on the taskbar
i need to change the language when it occure at the taskbar with the clock and other feature

Next to the clock is the notification area, not taskbar. I am not sure if there is a way to do that yet.

ok you must uninstal it and install it from begin

OK I got it now.
create a shortcut to regional and language options on the desk top as above
point at the taskbar
right click
left click properties
check the box that says: show quick launch, make sure it is checked, click OK
This creates the quick launch bar next to the start button.
Now left click regional and language settings shortcut, hold the button down, drag the icon into the quick launch area in the task bar (next to the start button)
release the left button.
The icon will now be in the taskbar
point at the regional and language settings shortcut on the desktop, the one that you just created
right click
point at delete, left click
click OK, the desktop shortcut will delete, the taskbar quick launch shortcut will remain.
The quick launch bar may be enlarged or reduced by left click dragging the dotted line in the taskbar
items may be deleted from the quick launch bar by right clicking and select delete
