I mainly use my current PC for gaming, watching and recording regular, non-digital, cable TV where I often record 2 shows on at same time slot( ususally sports) while watching a live third tv program, or watching a rented DVD movie. This 4 yr old Dell system has 2 tv tuners and a remote. It does a good job in all these respects, all through a Windows MCE edition of 4 years ago.

I would like the same above qualities present in this new build.

Aside from any cautions or opinions one might have in the above build configuration (please weigh in), I'd truly appreciate any input as to what TV tuner cards to use , their configuration, your experiences, any foreseeable concerns.

Thanks so much for your time and attention.
