Samsung 120GB SSD

I,m looking at getting a new system drive for my pc and the Samsung 120GB SSD is the one i,m interested in but does anybody have any info on when we could be expecting them??? I would love to get a new drive before or around christmas but if it's going to be alot longer than that I might just get a WD velociraptor 150GB or 300GB.

Let me just correct myself it the 128GB SSD. I,ve been looking to long at OCZ SSD drives
