hey all, i have recently upgraded my graphics card (from a radeon 9200se to radeon 9250... not much difference but oh well) and also doubled my ram to 1gb. after reading up on my graphics card i found it could be boosted to 256mb... so my question is... how do i boost it to 256mb? atm its only 128mb.

It won't really run 256MB on the video card. There is a way to get it to use 128MB from the MB, but it doesn't really help performance.

Yeah, it's just a BIOS setting, and as you said, it really don't help at all.

Is that card PCI? I had the 9250 256MB PCI card years ago, ran things well on low settings...
