Trying to install samsung wep200 BT headset on pc for skype. I did talk on skype 1X, but next time I couldn't get headset to initialize. I have a Dell Latitude D610 with XP Pro. Any info on ISSCEDRBTA file and how it works with this.

That's a file which relates to the Bluetooth driver set rather than directly connected to the installation of the Bluetooth headset itself. Do other devices work properly? Have you checked in the settings in Control Panel>Bluetooth to check the radio compatibility with the device you're trying to connect?[/#000ff]
