I'm buying a PSU from newegg.com but I'm not sure if the voltage is compatible with what I have here. I don't live in USA and our voltage is 240 compared to 120 or 110 in USA. Would I run into trouble if I buy a PSU from newegg? or is there usually a switch that I can use to adjust the PSU?

There is a red switch on the back of the power supply that will let you switch the voltage. You should be good to go.

On some newer mid-range PSU's, and with most high-end PSU's, there is no switch, as it autoswitches by detection of the voltage when you turn it on.

You need to research and check the documentation before your purchase.

Power Supply with Active PFC support both 110/240V and it will switch automatically without the need of Voltage switch, which is almost applicable to all mid to high end PSU...

For some mid and low end PSU with only PFC or no PFC support, you probably need to check whether there is a switch for 110/240V. You should be able to get one from newegg without trouble because most PSU in the world will support both 110/240V.

I guess it supports both?

According to the pictures on newegg, the back panel shows no voltage select switch and a label saying input 100 - 240 vac.

You should have no problem with input power.
