Temps at 64C could go to 65 if i need to push the vcor a tiny bit more to be stable. Seems ok with stock HSF & paste. If you wanna shave a few degrees spend the extra 5 bucks on some artic silver or metal compound. or lap your stock HSF for additional contact.
