Dial up icon in system tray does appear after clicking on it

After I connect to the internet using dial up when i click on the system tray icon a window shows and then disappears immediately how to resolve it?

After I connect to the internet using dial up when i click on the system tray icon a window shows and then disappears immediately how to resolve it?

The window that shows and disappears might be blocked by a popup blocker, firewall or antivirus. The window may not need to be displayed, or does it need to be displayed? Does the system connect OK after you click the icon? If it does connect OK, then ignore the window. If it does not connect OK, then there may really be something wrong. Please let the forum know the result.
