1010W PSU?
you preparing to run a power plant there?
If you're going for a normal system, with 1 GFX card, go with a Corsair 520

Save some money on PSU (600W should be more than enough, OC taken into account) and Ageia, and buy a bigger monitor.
Also, you may need a case if you don't have it already

Just pick the most expensive product in each category and you will be fine. Aside from that, you need 8MB ram and three monitors with Matrox TripleHead. And you might want to consider this mouse.

You forgot about the Rubber Doll just to keep you company during the hardest part of putting it all together :D just messing!
No but seriously everything looks decent enough except your psu which is a complete overkill, especially when the new stuff thats coming out now is becoming more and more energy efficient. I would suggest Corsair HX620w and probably a better hard drive like Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500gb 32 cache which for $ 98 on newegg is a must have!

I own MS Office and still run Open Office on all of my machines.

Wifey still likes the MS Office.

Ditch the PhysX and MS office (get openoffice), and buy the "G92 8800gts 512" its basically the fastest card out there short of insanity. Ans maybe another gig of ram for the next next week when Windows takes 2 gigs doing nothing.

Physx has to go, smaller PSU, and look into a 24" monitor. Toms did a great article recently comparing a few 24" ones, and I've already bought the Iiyama one that they said won and LOVE it. I hooked my xbox up to it for 1080p gaming. It's sweet :)

Anyway... get a wired keyboard and mouse, they're cheaper and work better, ditch the water cooling kit unless you're very experienced and plan to push your CPU to the limit, and pick up another 2GB RAM if that Vista upgrade has the 64-bit version (I don't care what people say against 64-bit, I installed it at home and all I had to do was change firewall because Zonealarm hasn't got a 64-bit version YET. NO other problems)
