Is the Asus P5E compatible with the Silencer 610 EPS12V...when reading over the mobo manual it makes no mention of the EPS12V...Thanks :)

Absolutely, the Silencer has to be EPS12V because it is a single rail PSU. In order to be ATX12V compliant it could only have a maximum of 240VA per rail. Although, a lot of PSU "manufacturers" are blatently lying about ATX12V compliance. The Silencer 610 is a sweet PSU, and IMO the single rail is a huge plus. EPS12V is the server equivalent of ATX12V
