CPU fan not reporting speed. Help!

I was doing some wire management this afternoon (with the PSU switch turned off), and in the process accidentally removed my CPU fan connector. Now, I have an Antec TriCool on my heatsink (for the red LEDs), so it actually runs off a 4 pin connector, but includes a lead for sending a speed signal. Anyway, I fire back up, and my BIOS gives me an error. I peek in the window, and notice the speed wire is indeed disconnected, although the fan was spinning correctly (again, has a different cord for power). So, I reconnect it.....and still get the error. Speedfan confirms the CPU fan header is reporting 0 RPM.

What did I do wrong? I already checked wiki to make sure the wire is on the correct pin, and it is. Did I just pull the wire loose from a connection somewhere on the fan? Or what? This wouldn't be a big deal, but the POST error is REALLY annoying. Any help?

If worst comes to worst, just disable CPU fan warnings.
