DMA problem> DVD burning nero

I have tried repeatedly to burn videos onto DVDs using Nero 7 Ultra. I can watch these videos on my computer but they will not burn on to DVDs. I have done various Nero format conversions with no success.

I looked the problem up on Google and gotten the idea that it may be the DMA setting on the ATA channel settings. I tried to change these but in the Primary channel transfer mode it only says 'DMA if available'. In the secondary it says "Ultra DMA 4".

Here is the essence of a recent Nero log attempt:

Hello jcm3,

I am a Nero employee and would like to help you.

Can you please post the complete log so we can see what went wrong? Please make sure that you remove any serial number from the log before posting here.

Best regards

I have found it is this computer install of Nero that is the problem. I installed the same Nero on another computer and was able to accomplish what I wanted.
I will probably uninstall/reinstall on this computer and try again.

Is it possible there are conflicting video settings on this computer causing the problem? I have an Nvidia GeForce 9300 GS card on this and the computer that I was able to burn on just had the onboard Nvidia 6150.

My thanks to the Nero Employee/Staff for the response. (The log file is huge I did not find in it the place where the serial number to omit would be...so I did not post it.)
