My hp network drivers are not working

i have hp dv4 1318tu with installed vista home premium in it ,my network (Ethernet) drivers are not working i downloaded and installed it from net but nothing great happened i had installed driver from recovery but again no network is coming plz help

First off, make sure you're getting your driver from here. Secondly, check in Device Manager (Windows+R, type devmgmt.msc) to see if your driver is having errors or not(there will be a yellow exclamation mark next to it), if you see nothing, chances are your internet access is related to software, not the drivers.
