Raptor X Vs. 6401AALS

I have the 150 raptor x hard drive and a 6401AALS. I have read in forums that the 640 Black is actually faster than the raptor. Should I use the 640GB drive as my boot drive instead of my raptor or is the difference in performance negligible.?

Id have to say the Raptor is probably marginally better in boot OS times because the seek times are lower... but its probably not noticeable.

The raptor will be faster, though not by a massive margin.
