i have am running vista ultimate 64bit i have a pioneer blue ray player in it and i works for little bit then the driver get corrupted so i bought another drive its a optiarc cd/dvd drive just a cheap one so i could see if that worked and as soon as i put it in i had a corrupted driver to and it says that its a system driver dose anyone know how i can fix this with out installing my operating system
Anyone know if microsoft is still working these cases for free? I know when vista came out, with all the bad publicity, they decided to offer support to all versions (even OEM copies).
Anyway, I would submit a question to microsoft --- they were actually pretty helpful with my sound card driver issue.
The real frustrating thing is that there is no set timetable for driver releases so either microsoft or pioneer is the probably the best bet unless you can find a 3rd party driver. I've not used blue ray on a pc, have you tried multiple players? That may be something to try as well.
