InstallShield stop be valid

Hi! I have Vista x64 SP2 and today a message was showed: InstallShield has discontinued to be valid/work. Have no idea of why. Tried to downloaded patch Windows Installer (Windows 6.0-KB942288-v2-x64.msu) but it doesnt work for SP2. What to do?

Have this "KB" installed ?

Hi! Thanks for your answer. Very kind of you. The InstallShield are connected to my internet operator´USB Modem for broadband. I have change to a new USB Modem and that seems to work.

Hi! The InstallShield is connected to my internet operator´s USB Modem for the broadband. I have change to a new USB Modem and that seems to solv the problem.
