Newbie question - multiple displays

I'm trying to join the illustrious triple-display club. I'm not a big gamer, I just want the cool-factor and the alleged increased productivity of three displays. I have two displays now, but I'm not sure I have the right hardware for three. Here's what I've got available to me:

Dell Dimension E521 (1 PCI-E slot, multiple PCI slots)
EVGA NVidia 8500 GT PCI-E card - currently using this to drive two monitors.
PNY NVidia 5200 FX PCI card - currently unable to use this to drive a third monitor.

Can anyone tell me if I can use what I have to run three monitors?

Im a noob to this club to but I would imagine one would need sli or crossfire to do it. I might be dead wrong.
