Start button AND internet explorer not working
Last response: in Windows Vista
Hello,my task bar and start button appear at the bottom of screen,but wont do anything.When i use my shortcut from my screen it gives me a blank screen.mozilla firefox is only internet option i can get to work(from shortcut) any suggestions?
