the problem is my hard drive is 160gigs and it says that on it right.. well when i go into properties on my cdrive it says its capacity is 31.4 total and its not using the other gigs i have so im not really sure what to do to get the full usage out of my hard drive.. ive been told to right click on my computer then manage and then disk management but when i go to disk management it says The Logical Disk Manager service is disabled. A connection cannot be established. and nothing comes up its just a blank page so if somebody can help me please help
