E8400? Where to buy.

I'd like to buy an E8400 core 2 duo. Are these forsale yet? I've found a few sites listing them but either shows them out of stock or special order only with a 1-2week delivery estimate.

They aren't for sale yet. They are scheduled to be launched on January 20th. You should be able to purchase one from the resellers at that time.
