as for the HDD, im  looking right now and I am very interested in doing a RAID 0 ARRAY with the Raptors, but im looking for a special kind of Raptors the new 160GB 3.0G/B SATA kind and seems this are hard to find.

Dump the Raptors, forget RAID, get a couple of nice WD250 drives - subtract $180.
 
Upgrade the 3850 to an 8800GT - add $60.
 
Upgrade the CPU to the E6750 - add $50.
 
Savings: $70.

You can get P5K-E wifi for $139.99 new. I personally would stay away from an open-box motherboard.
Buy.com has a good deal on corsair psu's but I didn't see the 620 listed, everything else is though.
Also check out the Coolmaster Hyper TX2 HSF, it's something like $1 after the rebate.
