I have an athlon 3500+.On full load my temp is 56*C.My mb temp is about 32*C-36*C.Is that too much?should i do something? :sarcastic:

Thats a little hot for the cpu but not rupturing temperature :lol: To your mobo temp they're ok. 40 to 45c is hot so.... I hope this helps.

If you want to lower temps, you can get a better cpu cooler.

Or you might want to clear your computer out. If you've been running things for a while you might want to open up the side and blow things out with some compressed air. That might lower your temps down some.
