Gigabyte X48-DS4 and Q9450 Settings ?

Hey man, i have same set up and got it to 3.2ghz just by changing the Bus to 400 and running the Ram at 2.00D not that i knew what the 2.00D meant but it seemed right. ive been working on getting to 3.6ghz but im just getting use to the BIOS really, i came from an ASUS board so its a little different, but thats what forums are for i guess!

Sorry on a fairly well cooled case with pretty low ambient (Canadian) i run idle at 32-32-33-35 ish and load 39-39-40-42. Those being the cores and load meaning Prime 95
