Okay, so I ordered the Lite-On Blu-Ray DH-401S from NewEgg, everything is fine. Installed the drive it plays DVDs, CDs, Blu-Ray Discs fine, I even backed up I Am Legend and I, Robot Blu-Ray to my hdd with no problems. Okay, I receive Kung Fu Panda from Netflix put it in the Blu-Ray drive and nothing happens. The drive attempts to read and I hear 2 clicks then the blue light in front goes out and nothing happens. I go into My Computer and try to play the disc but I get a messege that says, "insert disc". I insert a CD and then a DVD to see if it still reads those, and it does, so it has to be the Kung Fu Panda Blu-Ray disc......

I went to the Lite-On site to see if my firmware needs to be updated and it does, the firmware my drive has now is CP54, the new firmware is CP56. So I download it and unzip it, right click to run as an administrator and nothing happens. I wait a few minutes(like 10) and still nothing happens, I go into the task manager and I see the CP56 in the task manager so something is happening, the description is Xflash(whatever that is). I'm pretty sure the once I upgrade my firmware the drive will be able to read Kung Fu Panda, but how do I upgrade the firmware for this drive?

I'm running: Vista Home Prem 64-bit, Asus P5E-VM HDMI(latest bios), Q6600 @ 3.1Ghz, ATI HD4850, 4GB Crucial DDR2, Power DVD 7.3(oem), Any DVD HD(ver. 6485)

Thanks for any help or suggestions.
