Hello,
My computer all of the sudden has no IP address and can not connect to the internet???
I have contacted Time Warner and my modem is functioning correctly! HELP PLEASE

Shut down the computer. Disconnect the power cable from the MODEM. Wait 30 seconds. Re-power the MODEM. After all the lights are on, restart your computer.
