I'm running Windows XP with SP2.

Last time Windows offered to remember a password for me, I accidentally
ticked the "Don't ask me again" box.

So, of course, it hasn't. Is there any way to get this feature back? I'd
prefer to do it without editing the Registry.

Hi,

Control Panel/Internet Options/Content tab, click on "autocomplete" and
change the settings there.
