Msconfig .....how to remove these startup-plse help

Hello,

I have these 2 programs that will not be removed from the msconfig (untick -boxes)namely:-CLISTART ....something to do with ATI and Yahoo Messenger. How can I KILL them at point of startup ? plesae help Also i have multiples of svhost.exe using heaps of my mem.
