Problem with XP Accessories

Hello,
All items under accessories and games disappeared. Attempts to restore using XP setup are also failing.

All items under accessories and games disappeared. Attempts to restore using XP setup are also failing.

Do this:

Click "Start" then "settings" then "Control Panel" then Double-Click "Add or Remove Programs" Look at the Left side of the window/box and please notice the third button down says "Add/Remove Windows Components" and click it. A new window/box will appear. The First choice says "Accessories and Utilities" and should be checked. If you double-click "Accessories and Utilities" it will show you briefly what it will add or remove according to what is checked. Double-click "Accessories" and it will show a list of what specifically it will install or remove depending on if it is checked or not. The same thing goes for the games. Choose what you want, and then click Ok, and then click Next. When it is done, go back to Start, Programs, accessories and see if everything you wanted is now there.
