I ran the Western Digital Data Lifeguard Diagnostics software on my WD passport harddrive and everything passed except for the "Raw Read Error Rate". Is this a bad issue or an easy fix? Anyone had this experience before?

what is the value you are getting? Generally the higher the value the better off the drive is. Really low numbers equal bad
