seeting ram timing and voltage

that is the ram I have... cpu z says my ram is at 555-18. i have read reviews at newegg and people say i need to set the timing and voltage in bios but i have no clue how to do this.. anyone able to help?

If there aren't problems, I would leave it as is if your not sure of what you're doing. The mobo manual should tell you where to this in the BIOS Once you're in the BIOS just click on what you want and if you can change the settings, you can choose the ones you want. If you get them wrong, the system will be unstable and you'll like have to clear the CMOS
