Missing menu toolbar internet explorer

Can anyone help me????

I cannot see my menu or toolbar for IE8.
I went to START, then RUN. typed it regedit.
Scolled to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/software/microsoft/IE/toolbar.
Then scrolled to IE, located Webbrowser subkey, opened it, located ITBARLAYOUT, right clicked and deleted. I did the same for SHELLBROWSER.

Still nothing worked. Any other tips or advice will greatly be appreciated.

get the download for IE8 from microsoft website, uninstall your current IE8, and make a fresh install, that usually fixes the bugs in it.

Right click an empty space in the Tabs bar (Next to the new tab icon) & check the menu bar.
