my friend has a computer similar to this

and im pretty sure he has the same 300watt psu. Now I have several questions.


1. does anybody know if HP psu's are underrated like Dells?

2. Is the psu dual 12v rails or just 12v rail

3. How many amps does it have.

4. Can it run a 3850.

5. Would it run a AMD X5000+ black edition. (Im pretty sure it will but I want confirmation)


Thanks if I find more info then I'll post it.

BTW my friend has $500 to spend on cpu, ram, gfx. He cannot get a new computer.
