my emails are being added to my outbox and are not being sent?

When the computer can not get a connection, the e mails will stack up in the outbox. The mail will try to send them over and over until they are sent.
click on sent mail to see if they have been sent.
It might be better to use yahoo mail or g mail, rather than outlook.
