Looks good

you could save a bit with a P35 board (P5K) instead of x38

And note that you wont get to use all 4gb RAM with that 32bit OS

But other than that looks good.

Looks pretty good.

I think your price on the OS is wrong. The system - with that same part number at newegg - is only $180.

You might also consider getting the P35 board, as mentioned above, to save about $130 or maybe to apply toward a better graphics card like the 8800 GT 512MB. However if the HD 3850, which is a stong card. has all you need now the X38 board you selected will keep options open to using PCIe 2.0 and crossfire sometime down the road. Also of course 8800 GT in nVidia and can't be used in crossfire.

Stock cooler is fine otherwise they wouldnt sell it with the CPU

If you are Overclocking or just want a noise reduction/temp reduction then something like an Artic Freezer 7 might suit you

I am not overclocking so i will just stick with Stock cooler that comes with the CPU.

OS and CPU combo price is $439.
The reason i am getting X38 is to leave option open to add additional VCard for crossfire.

Thanks
P.S. Any additional sugestion and advice will be highly appriciated

The P35 boards will still run crossfire just not at 16x16x... most all highend P35's will do 8x8x which should be enough for HD3850

Very nice combos you found there. All good parts.

If you need a sound card look at HT Omega, avoid X-Fi because it has problems with Vista. Try the onboard audio first, maybe you'll be happy with it and can save the cash.

Can you actually live with only 250GB of hard disk? :) :)

I'd get the HD 3870 after all.

Yeah, Thanks I can save some bucks with combos..What do you think about this Motherboard..

MSI P35 Platinum LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail - $124.99 after-mail-rebate.
and
ABIT IP35 Pro LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail - $179.99

I'll take your word, I am gonna go with HD 3870
SAPPHIRE 100215L Radeon HD 3870 512MB 256-bit GDDR4 PCI Express 2.0 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail - $239.99

and HDD, hope that will satisfy my need..
Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM -$119.99

I'll try the onboard audio first, and then if it doesnt work with me, I'll just get HT Omega.

I'd go with the aBit IP35 Pro. Look at newegg reviews: 62 people reviewed the MSI, 58% happy, 11% hated it. 345 reviewed the aBit, 80% happy, 4% hated it. I think you'll feel better with the aBit. Anyway, I don't like MSI's reputation for mobos. Asus, Gigabyte and aBit look safer IMO.

The aBit IP35 Pro gets excellent reviews and awards. Its weakest point is somewhat slower networking than competitors from Asus or Gigabyte or even than a cheaper P35 board from aBit. From what I understand it makes no difference when surfing on a high-speed connection, but it matters if you use the PC as a server.

You could also look at Asus and Gigabyte products (Asus P5K, Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R or DS3P).
