Hi, I have a Asus P5N-D motherboard, and i use a thermalright ultra 120 extreme with a delta fan on it to cool the cpu. Along with the motherboard came an NB fan. My question is, should i use it? Will it effect the performance of the thermalright or alter the airflow?? and will i benefit from using this nb fan?

If your Overclocking i'd suggest using the NB fan to help keep temps down. If your not you don't need it. And no it will not meaningfully effect airflow or the CPU HSF performance.

It's pretty simple to determine. Do something on your computer, anything, play a game, watch a movie, run benchmarking apps, whatever, for about an hour. Feel the Northbridge heatsink. If it ain't hot, don't worry about it. If it's hot, put the fan on. It won't affect anything else in your system except cooling off the northbridge heatsink.
