I purchased a Zalman 9700 heatsink and it is making contact with my PSU. The fins are not making contact with the fan on the PSU, but the fins do touch the bottom of my PSU casing. Any major risks or is it okay? Thanks

I doubt it would cause any issues....

If the bottom of the psu case has no fans(80mm fan on the back) and you are worried, just put some kind of insulating material on the bottom of the psu, packing tape works well :)

Don't worry about it. There's a fan grill in the psu.
