CPU-Z Latency accuracy

I've Manually set my RAM voltage and latencies in the BIOS according to what it says on my RAM- 5-5-5-15.
However, when I boot Windows and open CPU-Z to look, it says my RAM's running at 33-5-5-18!
CAS-33?!?

Are there any issues with CPU-Z misreporting latencies that I don't know of?
Is there a more reliable tool I can use?

Cheers

Me and Maziar are both using the Asus P5K-E. Could be a good shout Ben.
I also forgot, it seems convinced that it's loaded with DDR3.
I'll check the version when I get in from work (or back from the pub probably!)

I've got a P5K-E WiFi as well, and my RAM is reporting correctly. I've got 4 GB (2x2) of OCZ memory running at it's stock 5-6-6-18 speed. I haven't tried overclocking it yet.

I'm using CPU-Z 1.43.

I've got CPU-Z 1.43 too. Running 2x1GB of Crucial Ballistix running at standard speeds. I guess I'll just take the BIOS' word for it rather than CPU-Z.

Does anyone know of anything more accurate?
